Our Scanning service always includes:
- Pick-up and delivery service by a company driver.
- Cleaning of your photographs (that need it) using a cleaning solution made specifically for photographs.
- Scan resolutions of 600dpi.
- One week turnaround from pick up to delivery.
- Your photos returned in a high quality custom box for long term storage.
- USB flash drives that are large enough for you to store additional photos. (except for very large orders)
- Free scan of any notes that are on the back of your photographs.
- Organization of your photos based on your requests.
- Additional photographs invoiced at the same low per image rate as your initial package.

How It Works
Collection
Schedule a pickup, and our friendly team will arrive at your doorstep. We collect your photos and prepare them for transport—we’ll treat them with the utmost care. So you can have no worries about how a package carrier may treat them.
Preparation
- Clean photograph(s) that need it using a specifically formulated cleaner.
- Check each photograph for damage or condition issues that would require special handling.
Digital Transformation
Your analog memories become digital files. We scan and organize them, ensuring they’re ready for sharing, printing, and archiving.
- Photos are scanned at 600dpi.
- Images are rotated and aligned.
- Basic photo processing is done.
Safe Return
Once the scanning process is complete, we return your originals along with the newly digitized files on a USB flash drive.
